Tyme... Our hearts are broken... This was not supposed to end this way. Tock is still looking for you and we're doing our best to comfort him and get him to his new home in CA. Momma Duck will drive to the other end of the country to ensure he has what he needs... Much love, beautiful girl...

Remembering Poppa Duck: Niko Gutierrez
It's always so difficult saying goodbye to our beloved Poppa Ducks out there.

Salt Water Pools and Domestic Waterfowl
For those investigating salt water filtration systems for their swimming pools, we found a scholarly article regarding the effects of saline intake on Pekin ducks in comparison with wild Mallards.

Geriatric Ducks & Geese at Majestic
As many of you know, we have an aging flock at Majestic and although they are receiving the very best care, we can see some of our guests appear to be making their preparations for their journey to the next world.
This month we had to help both Tyme and Dolly over to the rainbow bridge when they each succumbed to peritonitis infections, which our vet advised could not be remedied. We also had to say goodbye to Lolly when she began exhibiting advanced signs of liver cancer. All three were kept sedated and comfortable until we arrived at our vet office where careful decisions could be made on their behalf.
In the past few months, Sweetie-Sunny and Piper are also really showing their age. We are doing our best to make sure they are as comfortable and happy as they can possibly be for as long as they are with us.
Peter, Peabody, Pauly & Phoebe all turned 17 this year!
Winston turned 16 this year!
Shorty, Asaru & Laddy all turned 13 this year!
Piper just turned 12!
Sweetie-Sunny turned 10 this year!
Lil Ms. Bee, WeeBit & Evie all turned 8 this year!
LeeLoo turned 7 this year!
Dejah Voo, Daisy Duke & Eeben all turned 6 this year!
All the others are under 5 years old except for Uni, who we are beginning to suspect might be older too... hmm...

COVID-19 UPDATE:
Due to our family's quarantine measures, which we have to take very seriously, we must limit our exposure to public places, which includes our local post office.
As displayed on our website's sponsorship pages and online form, we are NOT accompanying sponsorships with mailed gift tube packages until further notice. To avoid a pile up of gift tubes and postal responsibilities, we will not be backlogging gifts during this time. The gift tube option is simply unavailable.
